Preparations needed for a CNC lathe before operation:
Preheating: Before starting the CNC lathe, it is necessary to preheat the machine and carefully check if the lubrication system is working properly. If the CNC lathe has not been used for a long time, manual lubrication can be applied to each part first.
Tooling Inspection: The tools used should be compatible with the specifications allowed by the CNC lathe. Severely damaged tools should be replaced promptly. When adjusting tools, make sure none are left inside the CNC lathe.
Workpiece and Tool Preparation: Check if the holes of large-size shaft parts are suitable. If the holes are too small, it may cause danger during operation. After installing the cutting tools, perform a trial cut.
Connection and Clamping Inspection: Check the connection between the chuck and the spindle, as well as the state of the workpiece clamping. Before starting the CNC lathe, ensure that the protective door is closed.
