The FCK40 series multifunctional CNC lathe is a high-speed precision CNC machining equipment produced by our company using technology imported from Japan. It primarily utilizes components from well-known domestic and international manufacturers, with key parts processed by imported precision five-sided machining centers to ensure manufacturing accuracy.

Machine Structure

Bed Design: The FCK40 series features a box-type structure, constructed from high-strength cast iron (HT-300) using integrated casting technology. It is processed in a high-precision machining center in a single clamping operation, ensuring strong overall rigidity, good machine precision retention, and high reliability.

High-Rigidity Bed: The bed adopts a 45-degree slant-back integral structure, facilitating effective chip removal. It is equipped with a separate water tank to completely eliminate leakage and is easy to maintain.

Tool Holder

Tool Holder Options: The FCK40 series lathe can be equipped with various tool holders, including a 4-station electric tool holder, a 6-station electric turret, an 8-station electric turret, and an 8-station servo turret. The servo tool holder can interchangeably position tools at various locations, achieving fast tool change speeds (0.25 seconds for adjacent tool changes) with a repeat positioning accuracy of 0.003 mm.

Spindle

Spindle Structure: The FCK40 series features a high-rigidity spindle unit structure.

Lubrication System: The spindle employs a closed oil grease lubrication system to ensure smooth and stable high-speed operation.

Motor Specifications: The spindle motor is an AC servo motor with a power of 5.5 kW, featuring stepless speed variation suitable for heavy cutting tasks.

Noise Control: The spindle box utilizes a gearless structure, significantly reducing noise and vibration.
