Product Description

The main features of the CNC inclined bed lathe TCK56 are as follows:

High rigidity and stability: The TCK56 series multi-functional CNC lathe features a box-shaped structure and a bed made of tough cast iron (HT-300), which is cast by one-piece molding technology. Therefore, it has the characteristics of strong overall rigidity, good accuracy retention of the machine tool, and high reliability in use

High-efficiency processing capacity: The slant-bed CNC lathe has a small spindle traction torque and a high spindle speed. Most slant-bed CNC lathes have cast iron beds that can maintain a 45-degree or 60-degree slant bed. The slant bed CNC lathe can process the inner and outer circles, steps, conical surfaces, spherical surfaces, grooves, various threads and complex curved surfaces of ordinary parts. It is also very proficient in the rough and finish machining of various high-temperature alloys, titanium alloys, heat-resistant alloys, stainless steel, cast iron, cast steel and other castings and forgings.

Convenient operation and chip removal: The TCK56 series multi-functional CNC lathe adopts a 12-position hydraulic tool rest, and the tool seat can be interchanged at various positions of the tool head. The tool changing speed is fast (the adjacent tool changing time is 0.25 seconds). The repetitive positioning accuracy of the tool rest rotation is 0.003mm.
