Manual Grinding: Longitudinal Grinding, Plunge Grinding.
The machine tool is the cylindrical grinding machine which is suitable for the encircle and the outer face grinding, especially for the processing of all kinds of shaft parts.
The longitudinal traverse of the machine workbench has hydraulic and manual modes. The grinding carriage and headstock can be rotation. The machine tool adopts the grinding wheel with 400mm dia. , which increases the grinding efficiency and the service life of the grinding wheel.
The headstock can rotate, and the grinding carriage realizes the trace feed. The hydraulic system adopts the special oil pump with low noise which supplies oil steadily. The reversing device is used in the hydraulic reciprocating of the workbench, which can realize the frequent reversing function of a small distance, and improve the surface finish in the course of the plunge-cut grinding workpiece.
